Realtor Lori Holland did an job selling our home and she did it in 5 days!!!!! In a tough market of 2025 too! It had been listed with another agent back in August of 2024, whom at the time we listed, had the most listings in Hilton Head Latitude Margaritaville but had ours listed for over 9 months. After an extension of our contract with that agent ended, to no prevail, we went shopping for a new realtor. After meeting and talking to several other agents we then went to an open house and met the realtor hosting it, Lori Holland. Her friendly, open, honest and communicative attitude immediately clicked with us and we knew when we left we not only wanted her as our agent but that she would sell our house. She jumped in with both feet and was very eager to go to work to sell our home. She accommodated our picky requests (shoe removal before showings was a must) without reserve or hesitation. The home has a saltwater heated smart pool and Lori is well educated in the presentation of such a nice feature as well as knowing the importance of pointing out the other features, making sure you don’t miss a thing.
